First Steps
The 30-minute initial consultation is a gentle starting point. You can share what has prompted you to seek therapy, ask practical questions, and get a sense of how I work.
If we decide to continue, we will agree a focus for the work and keep returning to it as therapy develops.
You do not have to have it all figured out to take the first step.
